Dressing table workshop
On Sunday 7th of August 2022 I had an unique opportunity to make a miniature ArtDeco dressing table from laser cut plywood - designed, provided and hosted by talented BlackGirlDollhouseClub - also on IG.
The wait...the tension....
First come the drawers....
...legs...
...the mirror goes on...
decoupage time...
mmmm marble mermaid is the choice....
.....more waiting....
tape forcing lol
Mother of pearl effect with iridescent foil by me - ha!
lots of patching....
close-up and general view....
...and the great reveal....peeling the foil from my baby-mirror <3
it's a girl, it's ME!
Here is a general view, people at work and wonderful display of diversity and unity.
It's been great. Everybody had their story and reason behind why they were there...
Lovely Sunday afternoon:-)

Cushions 3
I am continuing to create, cut and sew...
But making a diorama and having a little promo photo session is the best!
Today lovely berries, traditional batik inspired and dusty pinks mixed sets modelled by Liv doll in my fav green hair! Both dolls jewellery and cushions are available in ((roroDolls)) section of my Etsy shop.
Ok, ready - let's go:-)
Love these juicy deep colours!
a helping MtM hand;-)
Happy Folk Summer Vibes !!!
The other set is more muted - powder pink satin, dusty pink linen and lilacky Indian florals.
I really enjoy the harmonies and dialogue of shades between these three...
Yes, very cosy and feminine!
Do we have to sell them? I love them all!?
Me too....
