Mayday bootsale

That Saturday we went, quite spontaneously as usual, to give a second chance to 'the late one' boot sale starting at 11 o'clock...
It was small, and you felt there is nothing to buy (except of dentist Barbie, some puffy big dress Barbie and Jem and Holograms... and a box of rotten Sindies, crazy amounts of ponnies and glass balls in full outfit which i did NOT BUY as I am allowed only bargains after few more sins you don't know about just yet...)

Luckly in one not too well exposed box I have spotted some familiar tines... i didn't like the most of it but they were 20 p each or so and i started to see more and more tags...

general view and more detailed one...

In the end I managed to snatch Ken, Barbie, Heart Family and genuine Skipper stuff...
I don't really like most of it but hey...

and extras...
I was definitely more happy when I identified most of this stuff, yay!

This funny overall looks amazing on the doll and is No 5700:
Barbie Fashion Classics #5700 Paint The Town Red! (1983)

be still my heart...

Thought purple leggings would go with turquoise blouse (according to my memories of the era)
but no...

(don't even get me started how unique Skipper stuff was...)

Ken's jacket if sort of 'day to night' Doctors outfit (too much is never enough!)

The checkered shirt belongs to Alan - modern Happy Family dad...
finally my dolls will have something they like to wear!
:-) yay!

Also just before leaving we spotted someone has been giving away for free some miss-matched dd playmobile bits - fab plants and a swimming pool!!! we love free stuff

On the next day, cold and rainy, I was desperate enough to give it a try and amongst my nothing at all was fab falcon transformers for my son and this underrated at firs, 50 p barbie bag...

slightly stiff but very spacious... great for incognito park and seaside outings;-)

two curly and dark heads...
