Christmas Dolls

Long overdue - here is my Christmas lights session from Kingston with lovely customised Claudette wearing my hand-embroidered folk Christmas queen crown as well as seasonal ribbon bodice....

Experimental bags...

meanwhile, following a simple tutorial but having no tools nor patience I embraced an idea of creating a series of mini bags for dolls from scraps of leather and felt.


Seasonal and earthy - as always...


Prep...


Gluing...



...some of these are still awaiting to be finished. I need to figure out the fastening as well...
a little bit of dust never killed anybody....

They are been featured in some of my shoots from time to time, however :-)


Moana doesn't mind rough and raw edges...


Raquel was so cold channelling Spring she almost smiled posing with one...
