Treassure Hunt (18.08.19)

Bootsale

She is 1983 Fashion Play (Philipines) Barbie.
I love ger humble playline charm but she also resembles all these charming classics....

As you can probably guess by her one of a kind hairline I also got a Loving You Barbie - with a yellow neckline but, what's rare, with all jewelry in tack!
(I was strng enough to resale her despite the fact that mine hes rather wobbly head,..)

She is a classic beauty and an absolute queen of the 80s!

The following Monday I got very lucky in my local charity shops....

First I stumbled upon doll I fell in love at the first sight but got hesitant as usual with all the pictures flooding flick / insta...but there she was couple of seasons later - wearing her great shoes, lovely trendy casual fashions and sporting her fab sky blue hair!
This natural make-up, timid smile and side gaze is everything!!

Next charity brought me a worn out monster...

Hahah the worst case of Disney hair hay in a long time...

...in absolutely hideous dress my daughter will love...

I'd probably not care if not her lovely small eyes and nude lips...
Her pouting lips say that she cannot be bothered too easily;-)

and surprisingly good resemblance of an actress i truly admired
in the latest BBC adaptation of War and Peace... Lily James

She was a ball gown playline edition:

well...not this one...

(Kate Blanchet and Helena Bonan-Carter are great too and after wave of supermarket sales I really hope to get one in charity shop or at bootsale...)

...anyway back to hay her - I have no problem anymore with chopping this up down...

Here are bot of my bald Cinderellas...

....she waited for a bit but her first Not So Princesy Casual Styled WIG is finally sort of ready...
