Ebay hybrids 226 - 228

 Oh dear...
Today just a quick one to report that I have sinned..

...but they were cheap....

Obviously leftovers from body-snatching collector's feast - unloved hybrids....

First emerged this yoga - mermaid....
I am resisting the new foxy-eyes face craze so I am rather chuffed about this simple new Teresa Head

Hmm very wordy and moulded they are recently

LOL amazon suggestion says it all....

She didn't get a new life at mine as of yet so no number.....

***

I loved these two when they first hit the market...

stiffity stiff stiff...but at least she is dark and tall

Great makeup and I love me dark Teen skipper with orange lippy

The natural hair / afro craze is over now - I have quite a few in recent years but I finally figured out how to twist.....so a little project is under way....see below....

**

I also decided to keep this Millie for now.
She has a decent screening, and her eyes and slightly violet.

If I ever give her more classy shade of blonde she might be of some arty use...

Sneaky-pic / peak of my successful twist customisation
(now that we have so many natural hair dolls)

After modelling with hot water...i decided they still need to be finished off somehow
(oh she's soooo pixelised in pictures)

Teresa's September (My doll No 195)

I got this doll in Summer 2020 - post about that carboot sale trip ((here))

...took me a while but here she is -

My doll No 195, apparently - Hollywood Hair Teresa 1992.

Her Hollywood hair times are gone but she is still the rare blonde, green-eyed one.

And as I have in habit - she gets an outdoorsy seasonal dressdown!

Today she explores Wimbledon Common:

Just as every professional model - she embraced her new role with grace!

I love going there - undiscovered source of good quality forest mushrooms -
which locals have no custom to forage...

Kids love it here - we take a bus from in front of our house, take picnic on logs and climb the trees!

Thanks!
Till the next year!

Teresas in Somerset

Today one of my fav sessions ever...inspired by #monday4dolls challenge YELLOW but became a theme of the whole of that summer outing.

(It was my first work trip as a PA/carer and a real game changer in our professional/private relationship and a proper breather after lockdowns and so much wasted weather... We went to Somerset countryside to visit family and spent one day in Bath.)

Hahha I literary had a whole yellow packing to do on top of my suitcase...

...to make this flatley when the time comes...

...even the room was stylishly mustard...

And here she is on the next day - strolling along teh road and jumping fences...

These are one of my most fav ever!

Queen of all August walks

AAHHHH!

Wedding Fair pt 2

Welcome to day twe of my Vintage Wedding Fair!

Mackie Rapunzel is the opening act:

tadam!
Perfectly cut and taylored Mattel wedding fashion pack it was...

Next comes lovely Teresa presenting gorgeous luxurious tulle gown

She is an ideal Latina edition of this sculpt <3

After lacy fashions modeled by Heart Mum it's time for my Midge:

..not sure if it's a facepalm or attempt in showing her wedding ring...

 ..this dress tho...is a lot...

Last but not least a humble big-eyed Christie in simple dress and veil

 She is so lovely!
and the clothes are my original childhood toys - i remember clearly coming from some swap...they might be Steffi or Diana's...

 and gypsophila edition <3

Cheasy vintage editing tool  perfect for this occasion...
