My doll - no 156

Today I wanted to share my joy after spotting a charming girl (and a lot of crap) on ebay again.
I saw her few times here and there and always found  very appealing.

yes, you have guessed - tanned, brunette.
Additionally she has highly desirable side glance and rather rare facesculpt of Teen Skipper.
She is also too cute but I can deal with that...

Welcome my newcomer from 26.06.17 - Fashion Fever Modern Trends 2005
- Miss Tia
Doll number 156!

so ok...this is Tia and a lot of other people's plastic doll shit!!!

I won't spare you any detail of this parcel but mercifully will start with her.
She is part of a late Fashion Fever - wave R!

Coming shoes-first:

except of cowgirl shoes and missing hat (bold-y top of the head:-S)bI really like her outfit. Very unusual choice of colours - and i love khakis and olives with suntan!

she is a little shy...
 I adore the lavender eyeshadow...
but bambi-like/deer in headlights kind of eyes are a bit too Disney-like
this chocolate lace really goes well with her colour palette - need to take  a note!!

This is how she looked as new:

This character came out one other time as an amazing Lara face denim doll:

very similar design concept was used on Loving Family baby-sitter (do I understand correctly that, out of a sudden, she is Midge!!??)
Luckily I am cured and don't need to have the all;-)

but back to stuff... so parcel was build from two puffy envelopes actually;-)

amongst the goodies in order of appearance were:

Simba sisters - gave brunette to my kids and nude blonde to charity;-)

Then another Erica in my life. I bravely let the  other one go, and this one went in princess dress to my daughters preschool... a bad deed but i hear she played a lot with her.
I kept the dress as it is a lovely floral fabric with a georgette fill to it.
To my surprise, aover year later I stumbled upon this fashion pack! (good old times)

Next emerged very freaky barbie. Some nails & make-up edition.
I resold her stiff stollen ribbon satine dress and doll went to charity;-)

Next came shoe-less but mostly complete edition of Hannah Montana - successfully resold!
...and High School Musical peeps. Robbed dude of his clothes, wanted to keep him for my son but  decided to sell as a couple but they are still available somewhat...

Next came some freaky princess with growing hair and good quality dress I sent for a mission in nursery again;-)

at last - two hobbit-body uggly-face Barbies, one with strong case of glitterisis...
and soem useful clothes

as well as the original Tia's t-shirt luckly! (but  I only noticed now, but luckly kept!)

Last but not least, and here i must confess I have fallen for her despite of dumb blonde mold...
From the terrifying line of shit eating pooping dog (and that cat Teresa)...

amazing green-gray eyes and nude lipstick Barbie...

I'm dreaming about some roots showing on her or even full re-root but it takes me ages unfortunatelly...oh well

My doll No 155

At last got him!
Male dole needs no excuse.
The ratio is always 1:30 anyway...

In this case it's Spinmaster's boy. I couldn't care less if my girls have company or partner for photo shoots at least...but this one is really fab, handsome and realistic.  Reminds me / or has vibe of Eddie Vedder so very much. I'm an old Pear Jam fan since highschool and that's how i'd identify myself still if asked /despite of listening to much heavier stuff mostly;-)...

his name is Jake apparently...
(wasn't it Alf's human name - I loved him once as well LOL)

but wait for it as he came with lots of crap aka job lot /bundle LOL that i forgot about;-)
oh how I love going through other peoples plastic shit!!

So a nice narrow box arrived

some hungarian paprika goodies box stuffed with mixed recycling;-)
oh i love shabby deboxing - you never know!

First i dug out a blue plastic nautical handbag...

and two shoes - hoping for the best
Then a simba toddler - i have stollen her vintage dress, cut of the bows, and returned into preloved cycle - back to charity shop;-)

the came very blonde Barbie - so sorry for her but couldn't be bothered to identify her...

Next two skirts, flowery is genuine one - much to the liking of my daughter;-)
then very me floral red cords and contemporary printed skinny jeans...
next to my surprise emerged obviously vintage and genuine turquoise dress with a frill...

identified as a colour variation of 1985 fashion, correct me if I'm wrong...

Miko, was just hanging around me desk and was very happy with it...unfortunatelly i cannot locate her pic right now.

next was a charming ballerina with lilac eyes matching her ballet shoes;-) quite charming but I still hesitate if I should spoil my daughter with her...

Then terrible Simba Snow White but wearing suspiciously vintage wedding dress with a metal clasp and panties!

...wait for that...then very much playline superarket edition of ghost Monster High
so simple and annoying...I think I just have stollen her forearm for my carboot Draculara...
is she even glowing in the dark or sth... her pupils look funny, hmmm

next i finnaly found the missing shoes and great necklace...and top matching the bag...
after some efford I identify it as a part of a nautical 3-pack indeed...

whatever... not sure hwo ppl function as the jeans are not even from the set;)
The cute giraffe-pattern onsie I used my Rainbow session...
turned out to be part of 2012 ZOO fashion 3-pack as well. Well done me;-)
Love teh fashion - should defo copy it in other fabric (in like 5 years or so...)

oh wait! pants are from this set, after all LOL

oh dear...so back to Jake...
He is cool...managed to keep his original pants and is totally amazing (for pre-MtM body)

Can't find him at the moment in other editions than the 1995 Jake Making Waves Lifeguard doll
but he sure had fev fancy fashions... well done SpinMaster - we miss you!!

oh let me just take him to Norfolk coast!!
