My doll no 170

Today doll which arrived after semi-complicated logistic delay as it was shipped to someone who I knew will be visiting. I had no time since then to revisit her but am no less chuffed with her and neverending diversity of Fashionista dolls.

My new-old girl No 170 is:
Barbie Fashionistas Doll 2015 Fancy Flowers

Brand new mold, minimal makeup, two-ones curly hair, unusually dark skin...

She comes from early waves and has this funny fashion-oriented, super-model, post-ModelMuse body... in her constant countra-post (with one leg shorter in result), hands on hips, absolute stiffness in hips... sh eposes well but is far from versatile...

Originally she looked like that (thanks internet) - dress is very cool...

I have the whole phoyoshoot comming up with the oldschool one and only AA Barbie queen - my new OOAK Christie...

In good tradition of dressing- and playing-down here is colour palette and lookbook sneaky peak...

so much fun - I should do this more often and in less of a hurry LOL (between work-school-sleep)

Blanca - Winter edition

After beyond improvised pics of my pale pensive Blanka I've decided to make her some clothes as she is way off scale...

It was still wintery pre-christmas time hence colours and styling...
I have lade her felt elf slippers, evergreen socks, lace skirt with ribbons. She is also wearing newborns blause and a shawl from my old open-work cardi. Her hair accessory is made from old babyclothes as well;-)
Queen of upcycling!!!

She seens to be happy and cosy.
Hope you will enjoy too

she seems to like her accessories...

:-)

 12 months till next Christmas!

You have been f....urnished

So yeah,
what can I say...
when you have a diorama and few Sindies (and long for your long lost Fleur... - oh I shall get myself one for bday me thinks!)...and you cannot forget that box from carboot sale... the NATURAL, let me say, consequence is to purchase two sets of vintage furnitre in bulk. OBVIOUSLY!

This auction photo shows the highly universal and timeless wicker (garden?) set and soooo vintage rocker in my most favourite colour!!!
I am unable to find my 'deboxing' pics but this pieces will be on every second of my doll pics from no won. As for the doll - she had 'lipstick' marks around her faded lips and ears. Took me a while but she is fixed now... I only do this as it is a retired ballerina Sindy... I even decided to 'make myself' a brunette doll, but oh lord, her head is soooooo hard indeed....

the other box was massive, consisted many broken/glued items, lots of these packeging foam shits...and shipping was more expensive than items - whats not to love :-)🤣

I think that acution pics make my move justified
(not that i knew i need to downsize for a house move...)

This is the actual box...

 and so it goes...

fancy shmancy dining chairs

puff and chest in one - turned out to be full of treassures!!

heavy drinker but with brains this Sindy is...

but oh! surprise surprise - bag of shiiit!!!

well - more surprises!
how exciting that is!!!!??

finnaly some genuine Sindy shoes and CUTLERY!!??:-o

 This is Barbie's brush, right?

this white stuff is an old soap only butsewing machine seems to be beyond repair, i guess

fancy!
asks for photo shoot basically...

even fancier!!!

My favs!!
silly colour but cushions can do mirracles!

this is a wee wooden wardobe, slightly off proportion wise but i adore it!

Finally amazing and beautifylly royal blue Silver Cross pram...
but very broken and badly glued...

still valuable prop..

this is crazy!
a bit rusty, needs batteries but bet it might actualy still work...

a bit more ivory now than yellow but still a pretty classic <3
 tadaaaam!!

****
oh i wish i could do it all over again!!!!
