Bootsale 25.06.17

The nicest thing about working again aside of money and socialising outside of your family is the renewed appreciation of free days and simple pleasures.
On Sunday of 25th of June 2017 I was not scheduled to work/train at Costa...I set my alarm clock for earlier-than-when-kids-go-to-school... made myself energetic breakfast smoothie from coffee, banana and coreals and jumped on bicycle (I will skip the part where my partner overslept leaving kids in front of tv for 2 hrs in  a row while I was absent :-S)

it was fresh but sunny - the way I like it, busy but not too crazy...In a first raw of styles i had my kids sorted (have you bought me something) - Large, clean Pinky Pie pony with lovely raspberry curls an din working order (unfortunately - very overexcited sugar-rush influenced voice...) and glass ball/paper weight with green accents for my son (he is obsessed). Then i next row I found a lovely melange winter Diesel hat for my partner which he will loose this very winter :-S

What else can we see here...coll jersey sleeveless dress/tunic pour moi and very scandinavian vintage top for my girl... bottom left lays a curly mess... its one pound worth wig...kind of a Jimi Hendrix style with a bandana...actually quite good lucking and not that ridiculous..but I got it for my dolls, as a fab source of reroot hair (which I did not explain to the gentleman)...

Then in one elderly lady's containers with 20 p stuff I managed to spot very interesting Spectra Monster...amazing sculpt I admired many times repainted...fab purple hair, missing her feet but beeping and lighting spooky system still works...

She had some off scale doll clothes but amongst them I managed to spot yet another vintage goodie - classic Superstr outfit - 1984 My First Barbie's white dress with a satin ribbon decor...

p.s. there was AA version too

Then, to my great surprise, on pile of nicely dressed and clean but extremely boring 1.50 per doll pile of blondes was he - not sure what the lady was thinking, but my oh my... fully articulated, fully dressed Dr. Who (tenth) in full suit, and long sleeved shirt AND fancy tie on elastic:-) AND canvas shoes:-)

I don't admire the series nor the sculpt...I don't plan to do any male rebodying as this one is too action-figureish anyway... yet his clothes are shockingly phenomenal!!! (and I managed to sell one like him before with good enough profit)...

few close-ups of good tailoring:

here is his construction documented:

Oh well, and at last, but not least, totally unusual purchase but extremely and most amazing - very detailed Gibson electric guitar...few tiny bits are missing and are broken off but over all its an amazing piece of I don't even know what and it is in scale with 16" dolls like Moxie Teenz...

oh dear...
